School of Educators (SOE) is dedicated to sharing best practices and innovative resources that empower educators across the globe. Our mission is to transform education by bridging learning gaps and making quality education accessible to all.
Today, as per surveys, nearly 87% of students struggle to reach higher education due to poor educational practices worldwide. SOE is actively working to change this by providing free models, books, and professional development literature to teachers—helping make schooling more engaging, reducing dropout rates, and inspiring lifelong learning.
With over 2 million teachers needing training to meet the demands of modern education, SOE has taken the initiative to offer free teacher training, especially to first-time educators and teachers in rural India. We are proud to be empowering 1.2 million schools in India—and countless others globally—completely free of cost.
At a time when many organizations only discuss challenges like the shortage of trained teachers, outdated teaching methodologies, and the commercialization of teacher education, SOE stands apart by providing real training at no cost. Our team is driven not by profit (Lakshmi) but by knowledge and learning (Saraswati).
Through the SOE Virtual School, we focus on professional development and continuous learning for educators. In a world where teacher training content has remained unchanged for decades, we bring forth the latest ideas, books, and resources every day—covering both scholastic and co-scholastic domains.
Our goal is to prepare educators to confidently embrace change in the education system. We aim to uplift teacher morale and empower them to understand that success in education comes from the ability to “Learn, Unlearn, and Relearn.” These continuous learning opportunities enable teachers to bring out the best in their classrooms and within themselves.
The SOE Virtual School leverages ICT and mobile technology to build teacher capacity, enhance leadership skills, and promote digital learning—all completely free of charge.
As a proud contributor to the National Mission (12th Plan), SOE is committed to equipping rural India with the world’s latest educational advancements. We provide subject-specific, vocational, and inclusive education resources to ensure that the right content reaches every student.
To date, SOE has empowered over 500,000 educators, with more than 1.5 million resource downloads (including PowerPoint presentations, books, research papers, and articles) and 21 million article views—all freely accessible to educators worldwide.
